 DispositionDB is a multi user - Intra- or Internet Application that enables small and medium sized Logistic- and Transport Companies to manage employees, customers, trucks, kilometre allowances and hourly rates.

Orders can be acquired, and the order details can be assigned to a Truck a driver and a co-driver in form of a daily report.

Invoicing is automated on the basis the filled out daily reports.
The order calendar helps the controller to plan the truck fleet and human resources very efficiently.

Schematic woklflow of the Application

  • Nonrecurring input of master data: customers, truck fleet, employees, hourly rates etc.

  • Order entry on a customer basis

  • Display of Orders in calendar form

  • The controller plans the tour of a Truck/Driver/ Co-Driver and prints the Daily Reports.

  • The employees fill out the Daily Reports and hand it over to the controller again

  • The controller checks the returned Daily Reports and defines the hourly rates and working time.

  • Based on the returned Daily Reports, Invoices can be automatically processed.



The Applications implements a security scheme that allows to define users having certain privileges
